These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fizzr app and service. By using Fizzr, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you and Fizzr, not Apple.
Fizzr is an assistant that suggests and rewrites messages and analyzes conversations you provide. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Fizzr's suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not right for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it and for how you use it. Fizzr does not provide professional, legal, medical, or relationship advice.
You agree not to use Fizzr to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm anyone; to generate unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; to impersonate others; or to violate the rules of the platforms you message on. You are responsible for the content you submit and for complying with applicable law.
Fizzr and its software are owned by us and protected by law. As between you and us, you keep rights to the content you submit; you grant us only the limited right to process it to provide the service.
Fizzr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Apple is not responsible for Fizzr or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Fizzr. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Any product warranty and product claims are our responsibility, not Apple's.
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Fizzr at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
